This is a dream come true for Team India having made to semis in such an emphatic way. No doubt, we have made strong statement that we are the defending champions for a reason. The team did actually perform so well that we really deserved to win every match played so far. It's not a one man show either with bat or ball neither opponents have suddenly crumbled. Every win that we got, we earned it, each player had a very definite role in the team either with bat or ball. The fielding standards have improved in leaps and bounds which is very pleasing. We now have very safe fielders in the outfield in Mohit, Umesh & Shami, which was so unlike a decade ago where our fast bowlers were hidden some where in vain. The inner ring is just incredible with Jaddu, Virat, Rainia, Rahane and Rohit. And the most imp Dhoni overseeing everything from behind the stumps. What an innings it was from Rohit and Raina against Bangladesh, perfect recovery from a 3 down situation to a commanding position by 40th over. With everything going our way so far, it's just those two matches to keep pushing. Definitely we have to expect them to be tough, after all to be the world's best team, you gotta be really really good. While I want India to defend the title, in all honesty, am sure the Indian fans are pretty pleased with the effort and results so far.. It's no good be complacent though to say that and relax, The best teams know that and master mind Dhoni will be at his outstanding best to come up with out of the box ideas to hold our position.
Come on Team India, Get the World Cup 2015.

India world cup 2015
Team India - I am sure billions of our team fans were thrilled by the last two unanimous, comprehensive victories against arch rivals Pak and the mighty(guess not with us!) SA. India was able to dominate both the teams in batting, bowling and EVEN fielding. Well it's always a tough contest to play Pak just because of the sheer pressure it brings by default, it's more sentimental, a loss is never never acceptable.. With SA, if AB can show his brilliance getting 2 run outs (Rohit Sharma and Sir Jadeja), then we got him run out along with dangerous D. Miller). SA did crack like ice, melt like cheese under pressure. SA had fielding lapses, over throws & dropped catches. Who handled the pressure better, it's our Team India. There were so many comments, that this team does not have right balance, this guy is missing or he should have played. Some times, people have taken it to the extremes that those 'galli cricters' think they are better. Really ??? how many of those galli cricketers at their level have won matches for their teams, how many 30 to 40 + scores do they have ?? Not to counter attack, our passion is so much that some times we go over the limit. Let's be true fans, as Dhoni said in one of the interviews, the team need true fans, who can support them when they are down as well.. After all, it's a sport, ups and down are part of it. Guys, guys, it's always always easy to say things. And of course, not to undermine the fact that, mistakes, wrong shots, bad balls, in correct decisions do happen, let's acknowledge the fact that, it's all part of the game.
So, why am saying all this, the passion the team has brought, the rigor they have shown has allowed them to give much stronger and emphatic performance than many thought based on the players capabilities. Ashwin bowled 3 made ins vs Pak, not easy what ever may be the situation of match, given the new batsmen friendly rules. It's not how much capable you are, but what you can do with that ability actually matters. India did exactly the same. It's very easy to write them off after unlucky tour of Aus before world cup. But see the way we had come back, not easy !! The intent to bounce back, put 100 % or may be more, strong passion, these are all great qualities not related to the technicality of the game but our true spirit. If we believe in such great spirit, back the team, do the best, no doubt we can hold the cup again. After all, we are the defending champions, why not believe that we can do well and go all the way and be the Champs again, what can stop us besides our own thinking may be we are not that good.... Just believe and do it.. Come on Team India, we are all with you.. no matter what the results are going to be...Let's do it !

Un Retiring Efforts
My father got selected as the "Professor of Emeritus" by Central Govt Ministry of Culture, India. The selection process had applicants across India who are tremendously knowledgeable in the field of cultural activities, drama and theatre arts. These are applicants who have spent decades in cultural field. From each state only 3 applicants are finally selected every year and my father is one among them. There were 63 applications from Andhra Pradesh. A thesis needs to be submitted along with application to apply for this position, my father chose "role of women in drama'. He received "Professor of Emeritus" position under theatre arts category. He would hold this position for 2 yrs, make contribution towards the field of culture by compiling various artifacts, touring across AP to understand more how the cultural field is working and submit a book. My father as you might remember got retired from services recently. He is an excellent drama artist and a wonderful orator, received plenty of awards from state and central government. He has completed PG Diploma in theatre arts around the age of 45 and appeared the day of exam with 103-104 degree fever. His determination helped him complete the course and clear the exam meritoriously against outweighing challenges which include physical/mental and domestic. He has done exceptionally well in living with his passion for Cultural arts. As a government servent he has received District Collector Award while working at Sangareedy, Kurnool and been nominated again when working at Khammam. Receiving recognition among such a big stream of competion from Government is an outstanding feat. His efforts are just "Un retiring". I congratulate my father on this achievement and wish him all the best.

Excellence at its best
Dear Father,My heartiest congratulations on your retirement! Just like how there is a day after night, a rainy season followed by summer, there is a time for everything in life. You have been working so hard all these days and now it’s time to sit back, relax and have fun after your retirement. Your professional work was a marathon demo of unparalleled commitment and passion. You stood tough against the challenges of work and life with bull dog determination which is a natural quality of yours’ because of your patience and enthusiasm. Your ability to do high levels of hard work always helped me to think that I can also do a little more than what I am doing. I strongly believe wherever I am today and wherever I am going to be tomorrow it’s going to be because of that very hard work. Whenever I looked onto you for any advice you were there to show the way with confidence and strength irrespective of your problems. The best part I liked in you was, the way you greet people with smile whatever may be the situation you are in. I whole heartedly appreciate the milestones you have achieved in your professional and personal life gaining people’s confidence, love, recognition, awards, pride, and glory. You have set an example of what character and excellence means. I am sure you will be missed a lot in your professional circle, but that’s how life goes on and everything has a time. Perhaps now you have more time to spend on your hobbies, cultural activities and have fun.I am so glad being your son and could not have asked for a better father. You have been so helpful, motivational and inspired courage in me to do well in my life. And it’s not just me; you have guided so many people to make their lives better. You will be forever remembered for your enthusiasm and extraordinary levels of commitment and hard work. It’s a hard fact though, that you are going to retire today but the learning’s we have made from your life are never going to retire!!Dear Father I love you so much.. And wish you all the best. May God give you all that strength, energy and health to do what you want to do.
With Love,
Kishore & Family.

My Dream IPL 2010 Team
It has been a terrific victory for my home team Deccan Chargers in the second IPL edition. I wish we also continue the winning momentum in the upcoming 2010 season also.
With release of ICL players to be part of domestic teams / IPL, it can be used to further streghthen the sides which makes the contest even more tough. Surely, I'd like to see even a fifth foreign player to be able to play in the side. Ofcourse the positive side of not doing it can help the indian domestic players to showcase their talent at an international level.
IPL has already been a big stage game with players shooting to overnight fame attracting huge crowds to the grounds. Players like Yousuf Pathan, Ravindra Jadeja, Pragyan Ojha and many others have rocked to fame from the domestic scene and are making good at the international level also. The Champions league was another successful experiment from Lalit modi.
The big addition to international circuit was that of Keiron Pollard, the hard hitting right hander from the West Indies. He is definitely a player to watch out for, and turn the game on its head at any stage.
Here is my dream team for DC for the 2010 IPL Contest.

Culture and Skill
I went a generation back and peeped into the fulcrum of relationships to understand how they were more enduring and stronger than they are today.
I guess, they lived a life which was blend with a lot of cultural nourishment from the roots. It helped them to appreciate and respect the other persons views, look at them with sensitivity and to understand one's feelings well. As long as you can really understand the other persons position with all his/her positives and negatives you would be more empowered to sympathize. From this point on whatever you talk would definitely represent a true sense of welfare and not one which is biased with motto. Its so important here that, you dont use the knowledge to say something which will make efforts to secure your ego.
Pampering your ego is not the bone of contention when you want to really help someone or build a strong relationship.
Conclusion: Since we are missing the cultures from our education, system and nourishment today the basic courtersies like respecting others, being supportive, fostering strong relationships has become such high level of skilled task. What has been so naturally happening so far has become a big thing of wonder.
Let me know your views.

Understanding - Does it bring pain or relief
It's pretty tricky, right ???
Yeah, the general thought is thought when you understand something well, it provides you with more information so that you are clear why something is happening or not. But thats about the physics or mechanical outcome.
At the mental level.. how are you going to manage the result of not getting something ?
Its difficult / not difficult. Not difficult when you are not so much in need of the thing you are loosing but very difficult when its very critical that you have the positive outcome.
For example, you need a small help / info / advise which you know that some body can give you but if it does not come at the time you require or after reasonable amount patience you feel depressed. The sad part is you cannot even show your frustration on anyone since it will further hamper any chances of getting help. So what to do.... go on pleading !! If yes, how much and is it going to get you the result you want... what happens to your ego. It gets hurt and starts bleeding.
Despite all this, still you need the help / info in time else your work / progess is halted... and when you cannot afford to see it halted ???
I have no idea to answer this.. and living with it at this moment and struggling on my own.. to get going. The philosophy to keep up the will power / determination is all good .. but cant get you the help / info you are looking for. So whats the good thing about it... It keeps you in the direction to get the result ... a little late may be... There may be some loss because of the delay..
But thats how its at the moment.
